Check-in time is 2:00 P.M. Check-out time is 10 A.M.
Office Hours: 8 A.M. to 10 P.M.
Quiet Time: 10 P.M. to 8 A.M.
Payment Methods: Cash, Master Card, Visa, Discover Card and American Express.
Reservation Policy
  • In Season a 3-night minimum required on all weekends
  • Rates are for advance reservation only and are subject to Florida tax of 12%
  • All guests must be registered at check-in. UN-REGISTERED GUESTS IN A ROOM: An additional charge of $40.00 per night, per person plus tax will Automatically be charged to the credit card of the registered guest named on the Registration card
  • The above offered rates are for two adults only; extra guest will be charged Extra $12/night
  • Advance deposit required on all reservations. $200 deposit for weekly or Monthly and a one
    nights deposit is required if reservation is less than one week
  • Registered Guest must be 21 or older.
Cancellation Policy
  • 14-Day Cancellation Policy
  • 30-Day Cancellation Policy applies during Special Events & Holiday Weekends
    A $25.00 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations made more than 14 days or 30
    days for Special Events & Holiday Weekends of the check-in date
    A Cancellation fee of 25% of the total stay will be charged for all Cancellation made
    less than 14 days or 30 days for Special Events and Holiday
  • Weekends of the check-in date
  • All Deposits are Non-Refundable
  • No Refunds for Early Departures.
Pets (Check Availability in our motel for pets room)
  • Add $10.00 to the rate plus tax per night for a pet
  • A Pet must be declared upon making a reservation. Failure to do so will automatically
    cancel the reservation upon arrival
  • Pets allowed in registered room only and may not be left unattended in
  • rooms or vehicles and must be leashed while outdoors at all times
Special Note : Due to more demand in special Room No., at some instances, we may alter your desire room no.
GUEST CHECK IN POLICY
  • NO SMOKING INSIDE THE ROOM, $50 WILL BE CHARGED TO THE REGISTERD
  • GUEST, IF THIS IS DISCOVERED “AFTER THE FACT”
  • WE REQUIRE A $50.00 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FOR INCIDENTALS
  • $40 WILL BE CHARGED TO UN-REGISTERED GUEST
  • NO REFUND AFTER CHECK IN
  • CHECK IN TIME IS 2:00 PM AND CHECK OUT TIME IS 10:00 AM
  • PARKING PASS MUST BE DISPLAYED ALL THE TIME ON DASH BOARD
  • NO PETS ALLOWED/ASK FRONT DESK FOR DESIGNATED ROOM, OTHERWISE $50 WILL BE CHARGED FOR CLEAN UP
  • LAUNDRY BASKET PROVIDED INSIDE THE ROOM, LEAVE TOWEL OUTSIDE ROOM IN
    BASKET
  • UPON REQUEST WE PROVIDE YOU A INSIDE MAID SERVICE
  • DUMPSTER IS IN THE NORTH CORNER OF TWO STORY BUILDING
  • SWIMMING POOL GUIDELINES, STRICTLY ENFORCED
VISITORS NOT ALLOWED IN A POOL AREA & POOL OPEN & CLOSED AT DAWN TO DUSK
(Dawn is when the sky first lightens before the sun is rising at the horizon and dusk is approximately
one hour after sunset as the last of the blue sky turns to black)
  • PATIO OPEN TILL 10:30 PM
  • NO VISITORS WILL BE ALLOWED AFTER 8:00 PM
  • NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED
  • ALL RENT MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE
  • WEEKLY RATES ARE PAID IN ADVACNE WITH NO REFUNDS
  • ABOVE HOTEL POLICES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED BY THE MANAGEMENT AND VIOLATERS
    ARE SUBJECT TO BEING ORDERED TO VACATE IMMEDIATELY WITHOIT REFUND
